Language Training
We financially support our employees to attend language trainings in order to support international customers and world-wide projects, e.g. German, English, Chinese. So that our team members can adapt to the multi-language environment and improve our own communication efficiency and professional ability.
Professional Certification Training
We provide professional training to our employees according to the working requirements and developing trends. For example, Project Management Certificate, Professional Electrical Certificate, Test-run Certificate, Process Audit Certificate, Electronic Products Training in German Headquarters, etc. Training modes include on-job training, full-time training and abroad training. We are devoted to cultivating our employee with all kinds of working-related professional training.
STAR Seminar
We regularly hold STAR seminars as an internal platform with diverse topics of vehicle techniques, opening to employees with different background, from old to green hands of all academic and technical field. Our seminars aim at enhancing our members’ understanding, innovation and profession. Meanwhile, the seminar can also be chances for our internal team building and communication.
Public Training
We hold public trainings like Red Cross First Aid and variied sporting activities. We also support our employees with more general skills. In the future, we will continuously hold more public trainings according our members’ expectation and suggestions. We are eager for your join!
